Dinner Omakase

Our dinner omakase is the fullest expression of Sushi Sho, beginning with seasonal, kaiseki-inspired dishes before progressing into sushi selected and served by Chef Toaki. Dinner begins from $265 per person and runs for approximately two hours.

Guests may dine at the counter for a closer view of each course as it is prepared and served, or at a table for a more traditional dining experience. The menu evolves throughout the year to reflect the ingredients, techniques and ideas guiding each season.
